  • on-going senior executive and board level legal support and counsel to businesses with sophisticated legal requirements, but which are not of a size to require a full-time senior General Counsel; and
  • project / interim General Counsel support for ‘out of the ordinary‘ significant business changes and challenges including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and/or strategic litigation

How we engage

Engagements are typically structured as monthly retainers for a defined time commitment.

We integrate into clients’ senior management team, including using client domain emails and document systems.
