We try our best to provide all our clients with excellent service.

If you are a client and have any concerns over the service we provide, please raise with us in the first instance so we can discuss and seek to resolve your issue.

If you are a client and wish to make a formal complaint:

  • please contact us at [email protected], explaining your complaint in detail and what you would like us to do to resolve
  • we will investigate within 5 working days
  • we will then seek to resolve within 10 working days
  • if your complaint remains outstanding, then we will invite you to participate in mediation
